Our commitment to web accessibility
COVER TECHNOLOGY is committed to providing a fully accessible web experience for all users of all abilities, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnification software and alternative input devices to navigate the web.
Continuous efforts to ensure accessibility
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 as our guiding principle for determining accessibility. These are internationally agreed standards that cover a wide range of recommendations and best practices for making content usable. As we add new pages and functionalities to our website, all design, code and content insertion practices are checked to comply with these standards. Web site accessibility is an ongoing process. We constantly test content and functionality for compliance with AA WCAG 2.1 level and remediate any issues to ensure that we meet or exceed the standards. Testing of our website is performed by our team members using industry standard tools, colour contrast analysers, keyboard-only navigation techniques and readability testing.
Compliance status
The website is partially compliant with the requirements of annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) and the requirements of annex A DM 5 July 2005 (WCAG 2.0). Pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, this website was legitimately created and used before 28 June 2025 and has already been optimised to the maximum technical possibilities currently available. The necessary work will continue progressively so that the site becomes fully compliant.
