Cover Technology modular hangar structures are designed for the storage, protection, and maintenance of aircraft of any size. The structures can exceed 80 meters in width and offer maximum safety and resistance even in extreme weather conditions.
One of its distinctive features is the integration of custom-made doors combined with outstanding resistance to wind, snow, and other atmospheric conditions, meeting the highest international standards. Thanks to the lightness of the components and the special anchoring system, our hangars can be quickly assembled without the need for foundations, on asphalt, concrete, or natural ground.

The aircraft hangar structures are composed of an aluminum and steel frame, covered with either a PVC technical membrane or sandwich panels, ensuring durability and optimal performance for aircraft storage and maintenance. The structure and door’s optimized geometry ensures adaptability to various aircraft and enables multiple installation configurations.

Several Configurations

Open hangars, runway hangars, tunnel hangars, large-door hangars for helicopters, service hangars.

Installation on Different Surfaces

Asphalt, concrete, natural soil, sand. Thanks to a special anchoring system (by mean of threaded bars, plates and nails, or spiral bars).

Snow-bearing Capacity

Ranging from 60 kg/m2 of the basic structure up to 400 kg/m2 for heavy snowfall areas.

CE Marking

Thanks to Cover Technology accreditation, the structural elements are provided with the CE Marking according to EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011.
The frame of aircraft hangars is load bearing and composed of extruded aluminium alloy profiles that create a lightweight yet weather-resistant structure. The structure is covered with fireproof, waterproof, and very resistant PVC membranes, ideal for different uses and situations.
We handle the design, manufacturing, and installation of aircraft hangars, customizing them with all the accessories you need to be fully operational — including insulation and air conditioning, doors and closures, electrical and lighting systems, floors and platforms, as well as protection and safety systems.
